Common mistakes
- Not proofreading or editing before sending or speaking. If the output still contains placeholder text such as {Your Name} or {Customer Name}, fill those fields in first. Specific, detailed prompts cut down on the manual edits you'll have to make afterward.
- Not ending the chat session between customers. To do that, hit the three buttons at the top of the chat window and press End Chat. Every time you end chat you start with a "new brain" — if you don't, the output will become very similar to the previous customer's output.
